Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify potential markets and customer segments.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase the company’s products or services.

Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Understand clients' business challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and to foster repeat business.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations
- Conduct product or service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
- Ensure that deals are finalized within the agreed time frame and according to company policies.

Target Achievement & Reporting
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market competition and provide feedback on customer demands and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting performance and key metrics.

Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and product features to enhance the company's offerings.
- Work with the customer service and technical support teams to ensure seamless post-sale support.

Skills & Qualifications
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in [specific industry].
