- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on department performance, project status, and other key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of successful team management and project execution.
